It's a wonderful family-friendly hotel with comfortable and decent location in Downtown San Francisco district very close to union square, china town and powell street and central San Francisco. The in-house restaurant for breakfast is what you need. Offers excellent service and good food.

The Donatello Hotel is a large and clean venue with exceptional value and incredibly helpful staff. Its central location near Union Square makes it convenient for exploring San Francisco. Additionally, the hotel is close to restaurants, public transportation, rental car offices, and other services. Checking in and out is a breeze, and there is convenient onsite parking available.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was excellent, right in the center of the city near Union Square. Everything was easily accessible, from shopping to transportation. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the helpful facilities like the fridge, microwave, and glassware provided. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially with our late check-in due to a delayed flight. this hotel exceeded our expectations and we will definitely stay here again when we visit this city.

The location is very good, only 2 blocks away from Union Square. It was so convenient for exploring the city and getting to other local hot spots. The staff were incredibly responsive and courteous, always willing to accommodate our needs. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchenette that was a bonus for our week-long stay. We also loved having access to the clubhouse, which offered a rooftop view of the city and jacuzzi/sauna facilities. The whole experience made us feel right at home!

The location was unbeatable, just a stone's throw away from Union Square and countless eating options. The room on the 10th floor was spacious and well-set, with a comfortable king-size bed and a kitchenette. Despite overlooking a famous nightclub on New Year's Eve, the room was quiet and had a bathtub and shower in the bathroom. The bellboy and front desk staff were always helpful and the lobby was nice. I also appreciated the coffee and drinks on the top floor. I highly recommend this hotel.
